Get Your Free Quote NowYou've probably been here before. You call a rental company, get transferred twice, leave a voicemail, and wait. Eventually someone calls back with a quote that doesn't include delivery or service fees. By the time you figure out the real cost, you've wasted half a day.
That's not revolutionary. It's just how this should work. And in Two Harbors, MN, we've built a reputation by doing exactly that, over and over, for every rental.
The workhorses. Clean, functional, properly ventilated. Good for job sites, backyard projects, small events. Each unit gets inspected before delivery and arrives stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
For when guests expect more than basic. These have flushing toilets, interior lights, and better ventilation. Popular for graduation parties, family reunions, and any event where you don't want the restrooms to be a topic of conversation.
Wider doors, interior grab bars, ramp-ready. Required for public events and a good idea anywhere accessibility matters.
When headcount goes past 100, the math changes. We help you figure out how many units you actually need based on attendance, event length, and whether alcohol is being served.
If we say morning, we mean morning — not "sometime before dark."
The price we give you is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no "environmental fees," no last-minute additions.
If something goes wrong with a unit, call us. We'll fix it or replace it — usually within 24 hours.
We ask a few questions — what you need, when, where — and give you a quote on the spot or within a few hours.
We confirm your rental details in writing. If you have questions, you have a direct number to reach us.
Units arrive in the scheduled window. The driver confirms placement and sends you a notification.
Servicing happens on a set schedule. We don't skip weeks. You don't have to remind us.
We collect the units on the scheduled date and leave the area clean.
"I called three rental companies. Phil's was the only one that gave me a straight answer on pricing. Delivery was right on time, and pickup happened exactly when they said."
"Rented two units for our daughter's outdoor graduation party. They were clean, didn't smell, and guests actually complimented them. Didn't expect that from porta potties."
"We've been using Phil's for job sites across Two Harbors, MN for over a year. They show up when scheduled and don't play games with invoices. That's all we ask."
A week is usually fine. For big events or summer weekends, two weeks is safer.
