When "good enough" isn't good enough for your guests.
At Phil's, we offer luxury portable restrooms for clients in California Polytechnic State University, CA who understand that details matter.
Full flushing toilets, interior lighting, and improved ventilation. More private and more comfortable than standard units. Good for smaller upscale events.
Multi-stall trailers with separate entrances for men and women, running water, climate control, and real finishes. These are what guests picture when you say "nice restrooms."
Upgraded interiors with premium lighting and fixtures. For events with VIP sections or situations where a subset of guests receives elevated treatment.
Heating and air conditioning for events in unpredictable weather. Nobody should sweat through a restroom visit or rush to escape the cold.
Pre-Deployment Inspection: Every luxury unit is inspected before it leaves our facility. Lights, locks, flushes, cleanliness. If anything is off, it gets fixed before we load it.
Placement Coordination: We don't just drop trailers and leave. We coordinate with your venue or planner on exact placement, timing, and access.
Service Timing: We schedule maintenance around your event flow. You won't see a service truck pull up during the cocktail hour.
Direct Communication: You have a contact who knows your event. Changes, questions, concerns — all handled by someone who's already up to speed.
You choose mid-tier units because the price gap seems significant. They look fine in photos.
Day of, guests mention the smell. A door doesn't latch properly. Someone posts a photo that includes the porta potty in the background.
Your event was great — mostly. But in conversations afterward, the restrooms come up. Not as a highlight.
This isn't fear-mongering. It's what we hear from clients who switched to us after learning the hard way.
Consultation: You tell us about your event — guests, venue, timing. We recommend unit types and quantities.
Quote: You get an itemized price with no hidden fees.
Coordination: Before delivery, we confirm placement and logistics with you or your planner.
Delivery: Units arrive in the confirmed window. Our team places them precisely and inspects everything on-site.
During Your Event: If service is scheduled, it happens discreetly and on time.
Pickup: We remove units promptly and leave the area clean.
"Is the upgrade really worth it?"
For casual backyard gatherings, probably not. For weddings, corporate events, and anything where guests are forming impressions — yes.
"What if something goes wrong?"
You have direct access to our team during your event. We solve problems live.
"I'm worried it'll look out of place."
Restroom trailers are designed to blend in. Neutral exteriors, professional appearance. We help you plan placement so they're accessible but unobtrusive.
Most couples default to Saturday ceremonies. Venues are fully booked, pricing peaks, and flexibility disappears.
But Friday and Sunday weddings — even Thursday for smaller gatherings — offer advantages. Venues often discount. Vendors have more availability. And guests tend to appreciate the extended weekend feel.
The same logic applies to equipment rental. Off-peak timing often means better selection and easier scheduling.
Takeaway: If your venue allows flexibility, ask vendors about non-Saturday pricing. You might find meaningful savings without compromising quality.
Restroom trailers book faster than standard units. For peak-season events, four to six weeks is recommended.
Most are self-contained. For longer events, water and power hookups extend capacity. We'll confirm requirements during your quote.
We can coordinate with third-party staffing services. Ask during planning.
