For people who'd rather focus on the event, not the restrooms.
You're not looking to become an expert in portable sanitation. You just want to check this box, know it's handled, and move on to the twelve other things demanding your attention.
You're planning something — a wedding, a fundraiser, a family reunion, a company picnic — and somewhere on your to-do list is "figure out the restroom situation."
You're not looking to become an expert in portable sanitation. You just want to check this box, know it's handled, and move on to the twelve other things demanding your attention.
You want a company that answers the phone, gives you a straight price, delivers when promised, and picks up without you having to follow up.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
These aren't job-site leftovers. Each unit is cleaned, inspected, and fully stocked before delivery. They work for backyard parties, community events, and casual gatherings where function matters most.
Flushing toilets, interior lighting, and better ventilation. Guests won't mistake these for construction equipment. Good for weddings, milestone celebrations, and anything where first impressions count.
When attendance climbs past 75 or 100, unit count matters. We calculate based on attendance, event duration, and alcohol service — then add a buffer so no one's waiting in line.
ADA-compliant restrooms with wider doors and grab bars. Required for public events and smart for any gathering where accessibility matters.
The guests are gone. The cleanup is underway. And you're not fielding complaints about the restrooms — because there weren't any.
No overflow issues. No missing supplies. No units that smelled like a problem by hour three.
You check your inbox. There's a confirmation that pickup is scheduled, and a final invoice that matches what you were quoted. Done.
That's what it feels like when this part of your event just works.
"How many units do I actually need?"
Generic calculators give you a number without context. We ask about your specific event — attendance, duration, alcohol, demographics — and give you a recommendation you can actually trust.
"What if they show up dirty or understocked?"
Every unit is inspected and prepped before delivery. We don't send out equipment that's "probably fine."
"What if I can't reach anyone if something goes wrong?"
You have a direct line to us during your event. Not a voicemail. Not a callback queue. A person who can solve problems.
Scheduling Logic
We schedule deliveries in real time windows — not "sometime on Friday." You know when to expect us, and we show up in that window.
Pre-Event Inspection
Every unit is cleaned, tested, and restocked before it leaves our lot. If something isn't right, it doesn't go out.
Driver Protocol
Drivers follow a delivery checklist: confirm placement, check unit condition, and verify supplies. They're trained to ask questions if something seems off about the placement plan.
Service Documentation
If your event runs multiple days, every service visit is logged. You can verify what happened and when.
They're planning a 60-person family reunion at their uncle's property outside Black Canyon City, AZ. The yard is big enough for tables and a tent, but there's only one bathroom inside the house, and that's not going to work.
They've never rented portable restrooms before. They don't know how many they need, where to put them, or what to expect.
They call us. We ask about guest count, event length, and the property layout. We recommend two standard units placed behind the tent — out of the main line of sight but close enough to be convenient. We coordinate delivery for the day before and pickup for the day after.
The reunion happens. The restrooms do their job quietly. Guests don't mention them because there's nothing to mention.
Two months later, the same customer calls. This time it's for a backyard birthday party.
That's the pattern.
"We were skeptical about porta potties for our daughter's quinceañera. These were spotless. Guests actually thanked us for thinking ahead."
The Ramirez Family
"We run outdoor events four times a year in Black Canyon City, AZ. Phil's handles our restrooms every time. No surprises, no complaints."
Northside Community Church
"I texted at 9 PM on a Saturday because a unit door wasn't latching right. They had someone out Sunday morning to fix it. Didn't expect that kind of response."
